Headaches, spaciness, fullness

Hi everyone.
Ive posted a few times about various problems i get with anxiety asking how people deal with certain problems etc. Now ive been getting headaches almost everyday, last night i had one that was getting worse and worse until it finally calmed down to a dull headache again. Ive woken up this morning and my head still hurts. Obviously having health anxiety i cant help but think its something alot worse than it is such as a tumor, hemorrage etc when im a 22 year old male so the chances are extremely unlikely.
These headaches affect me even after theyve happened, i get sensitive to light, find it hard to think or cancentrate or even talk properly and it makes me forgetful too. My eyes hurt and ears feel full too.
Does anyone else experience this? Is this possible/common for anxiety or is it something i should check out?

Cut down ALOT with smoking, where as I used to smoke 10-15 a day i smoke maybe 5 a day and only usually half of them too. I tried the cbt, all different types aswell as the one yoy showed me. I dont find it works for me as much as i've tried.

Hi ive had constant daily headaches since 2016. I'm now under a headache specialist who thinks ive got cluster hemicrana headaches. Yours may be due to stress ive had pains which have resulted in anxiety
