Just below my breast area, in the centre I had what felt like a tight, sore, inflamed gnawing pain that ended up moving down the left/right side of my stomach which was pretty painful and couldn't walk without being hunched over and hurt to cough.
The following day about 3hrs after food it came back but not as bad. Today about 3hrs after food it happened again and the pain sometimes radiates into my back.
Took 75mg Ranitidine earlier and symptoms have reduced so I'll follow up with another 75mg after an hour to see if it goes .
I've had this randomly before and thought it was IBS due to getting a tender stomach and not knowing if I needed the loo or not. I had thought of pancreatic issues but I'm not sure if the pain would leave after several hours so I'm thinking maybe more GERD.
I'll take a trip to the GP Tuesday and update then.
