A few weeks ago I had a very anxious week and basically anything would trigger off anxiety. I thought that time was going by slowly at one point (which it obviously wasnt it was me checking the clock over and over again) and I would then look at the clock every 5 minutes afterwards to see if it was going by slowly. I did this for about a 2 weeks when I then i made myself not look at it and only when I needed to. I look at the clock like I regularly would now but whenever i look at it, i dont think like I normally would. I check if its going by 'right'. I also do things like measure out car rides to see if its going by normally as bizzare as that sounds.
I realize that time is going by normally but my mind keeps checking if it is and I cant seem to look at the clock normally now. Is this an obsession with time and how would I go about looking at time like I normally would?
