Tension Headache and tender spots

Does anyone else get this?
I have a terrible tension headache, pain all over my shoulders and head and a really sore spot on my foreheard and my eye brows. If I massage those areas they are so painful almost like a bruise.
My head hurts so much I almost feel as though my vision is blurry but it's not, but feels painful everywhere.
Anyone else get this???
Especially the painful tender spots?

I get those from time to time. I refer to it as my third eye hurting. I can press the area on my forehead and it feels like I am pressing on an internal bruise. Funny thing is, it doesn't always hurt, just sometimes when I get a bad headache. I thought it was my sinuses.
