Hi all I have suffered health anxiety for six years I am a nightmare Iv tried cbt ect nothing seems to help
Well I have two children and once I developed health anxiety I knew I’d never have another... however me and my hubby must of had an accidient as Iv just found out I’m pregnant I’d love another baby if I wasn’t so bad but since I found out my anxiety is unbearable I feel so stuck my hubby is desperate for this baby and deep down I am too but I’m genuinely terrified and don’t know what to do :( anyone have any advice
