Low serotonin when unwell

Hi people it’s been awhile.
Have been on cit for 18 months and to be honest feeling pretty good. However I have been ill recently with a chest infection and my anxiety seems to have kicked in again. Does being ill or having a low immune system affect the tablets. Got the aching trembling arm feelings back which is a sign of heightened anxiety for me, body trembling. Just hoping it’s a blip.
Any thoughts would be great.

When I am feeling good anxiety wise and I get a bug then my anxiety always tends to have a blip... hopefully your anx will pass when your chest infection is 100%

I don't think it should matter unless you happen to be taking another medication [for your illness] that may have an adverse reaction to the Citalopram.
