Period pains

I have had a dull aching period like pain since I came off my period about 3 weeks ago. It’s making me so anxious! Also I looked up the symptoms of ovarian cancer and it said about needing a wee all the time and now I keep needing a wee. I’m so anxious that I’m dying of cancer. Does anyone else get this?

Yes I’ve had the same for the last week and a half. It’s pretty constant and has just woken me up. Period is due around now but Ive never had pain a week plus before. I’m making an appointment with the doctor tomorrow! Hope you feel better soon x
