Hi just a little incident at work when a colleague in the canteen went for me due to banter. Let me point this that this person does a lot and still jokes with people but cannot take it when on the other hand. My point is or start of a obsession is when it happened I was sat down on another table, he got up to come at me when I just said what are you going to do. All the time I was watching him. I didn’t react as at work in canteen. Nothing spectacular happened just his hand on my kneck. Soynds bad but it wasn’t. I do Akido do my fear is did I not use my training to defend myself..or was I subconsciously aware I was at work not to react. You can see my train of thoughts coming in. Me and this guy ok now he has apologised. Thanks.
