My Review went well !!

Hi

Just thought i would share my success with you today as im realy pleased with the progress i have made.:yesyes:

This Morning i had my 3 monthly review with my OT and Community Carer to discuss my progress. I had to score myself between 1 and 20, 1 been the lowest score. Today i scored myself 15! its the highest score i have had since suffering with Agorophobia so im well pleased:) my next plan of action is to concur bus journeys which will make me more independent and be able to travel on my own.:yesyes:
Im starting CBT group therapy again on Friday hoping the therapy will help with my problem of bus journeys.

Its been a long hard road but im just about there!:yesyes:
