Flu like symptoms

Hi everyone.
So today I woke up with a sore throat, bad ears and a feeling of fullness in my face, like there’s pressure behind my eyes. I’m panicking, reading up on the swine flu outbreaks and just praying this is not the start. You hear about people dying from it. I’m feeling really scared. I’m also travelling to Ireland on Sunday and I’m worried that I won’t make it due to feeling ill. I’m taking day and night nurse which I hope will Work. Has anyone got any tips?

People die from falling down the stairs too.

You might just have a cold.

Drink plenty of fluids and rest until it's passed.
