Hello. I am 42 yrs old. I have been dealing with what has been diagnosed as anxiety since April '17. I have these random spells, I feel like I am going to pass out, get hot/cold, sometimes my right arm is heavy or tingling. It just a feeling that comes over me that I cant explain, except that I feel like I am just going to fall out in the floor. I am afraid to go anywhere with my 1 yr old son. in fear that something will happen to me. I feel like a time bomb. That I am going to pass out or collapse. Also my memory is HORRIBLE. I have seen a cardiologist, neurologist, ent, and had all kinds of test. They haven't found anything wrong with me and tell me that its anxiety. I never knew anxiety could feel like this and I am still not convinced that this is anxiety. I have been taking Trintellix which seems to have helped some but these spells are still happening. They are so random. Sometimes they last a min or all day. Please help me. Is this anxiety??
