Hi
Been struggling recently with anxiety again
I’ve had a virus for the last 16 days - dry cough, sinus infection, hearing loss , generally feel tired , sinus pressure and pain etc
The last 5 nights I’ve also had night sweats , waking up to wet vest and duvet . I googled and panicked hence coming here.
The first night was the worst but it’s still happening.
Hoping it’s normal :/
