Stay in bed or go out

Some advice please I am feeling light headed and sick all the time but I still go out,is it better to stay in bed and rest or continue to go out,Thank you:)

No good lying in bed you have to get out and enjoy life,there are days when I feel sick,dizzy but I get up shower and keep going.If you are really unwell by all means rest,but otherwise life can pass by too quickly.
