Swallowed small piece of fork tine

I ate a small piece of a tine of a plastic fork today I think, but I've already been having an IBS flare up this week, so I know that any abdominal pain is likely due to that or my anxiety. Still feeling anxious, although I know that it was so small that it would pass. Needing some reassurance though :(
