the app in the sticky doesnt exist?

Thanks for putting a sticky on the panic forum for CBT4Panic

Can I also suggest that you remove the sticky for the app because it doesn't even exist on itunes in the UK at least

the app sticky has had 50,000 views which is kind of a waste - I hope when people read about the app then go to all the trouble of looking for it and not finding it that that won't put them off checking out the sticky for the 'real' programme CBT4Panic?

BigBoyUk - it wasn't my app - and I just followed the link in the sticky which eventually gave a message that this app is not available in the UK

Anyway - most apps are about 'distraction' which ultimately is not helpful with panic disorder - distraction helps momentarily but doesn't teach how how to overcome the fear altogether
