Anxiety groups

Hi Folks. Any such groups in the Falkirk/Stirlingshire areas? Have often thought it would be good to meet with fellow sufferers and receive and offer support with people who understand the impact that this horrible affliction has on us.

Try contacting the charity No Panic - they used to have a list of support groups.
