Temple pain?

Anyone get this? I have pain on the right side of my face and neck. I'm also congested. It feels more like pressure than pain I guess. I also have pressure in my upper teeth.

Yes, often. It is related to the fact that I clench my jaw tightly often. I don't, that I know, have sinus problems although I do have a few minor allergies to various airborne things and am often a bit congested. However, I don't think it's related to that as I get pain and pressure where you are describing after a bad anxiety day.

Sinus infection or sinusitis? I get those symptoms whenever my sinuses start acting up. Sometimes I don't even know it until I realize I am draining snot down my throat and feeling nausea as well.
