Chills or a cold dotting weird sensation in head

Hey, every so and so i get some weird cold dotting sensation in my head, when they occur they last for 5-10 seconds and the cold dot or chills occur anywhere in the head. Is this a dangerous sign? Im not on any meds or anything but have experienced this in the past months. My anxiety is raising because of it and i can't let it happen.

I've been getting this for a few months as well. It happens every so often, usually on the left side of my head.

I try not to worry about it much. I just chalk it up to stress/anxiety.
