Not sure where to post this. In a relapse which has been going on for months. Started concentrating on diagphramatic breathing again 2 days ago. It eased pelvic pain a few weeks ago. Feel like it's made my upper. abdominal pain worse . Has anyone else felt worse from it before better. Not sure whether to carry on with it. Thanks
My daughter's asked me to go for dinner at their house today and I just feel as if I will ruin mothers day.
I can't go . I'm clenched up with pain and anxiety. Everything is ruined. Spoilt it for everyone daughter my dad myhusband. It's all my fault for not being able to c9nvince Drs I got physical illness. 8 years. Must be sonething about me makes them not believe me
