I just wish I wouldn't worry so much. I'm so anxious I've been crying on and off for days. I'm so upset and scared for the future health wise.
Last year I was told by an optician that I have vacuoles in both my eye lenses that could eventually turn into cataracts. She said it was abnormal for a person who is early 30''s to have them. That it was something you'd expect to see in 60 year old. So having another panic about that.
Then if that wasn't enough I feel like I'm hungry for air. Never had my breathing problem checked and trying to remember when it started and all I remember is in my volunteering days is one day I was next to a stone cutter for about 2 to 3 hours. I'm terrified I have something like silicosis and gonna die from it. Can someone talk some sense into me? It was a lot of dust and they didn't give any of us masks or anything, they didn't use water on the stone cutter either.
