Have been struggling for a few days. The NHS psychiatrist discharged me last week after my third session in four months. Told her I was still suffering somewhat. Have had increasing whooshy head, humming and nausea. At work today I felt a panic attack coming on. Everything feels unreal then got upset. Meds don’t seem to have done much. The electric shock sensation is always there, despite the meds I’ve been on, and a feeling of derealisation has increased Will probably have to go home. Was god for six days, then started going downhill again despite trying all the tools and strategies. My counsellor is away for five weeks. Head is humming too. When I suffer like this, I then get tearful over my late mum. In a mess. So hard to ride over it - so tired and dizzy all the time.
