Been ill for 6months , with chest pains and gastritis , indegestion . Had loads of tests done but no nearer to finding out what’s wrong . Now it feels like my stomach throat is drying out . And it’s making me feel sick . Anyone else had this . It makes me panic so much , thanks so much
