Dental scaling today

Hello. I've had a scaling today and my gums bled a bit, now my mouth is sore, I have a massive headache and feel hot in my face but I'm not sure if it's just the anxiety. I read up on Google that dental cleaning can lead to bacteria getting into your bloodstream so now I'm thinking it's sepsis..
