Blood in tissue

Hi everybody...twice in 2 days I have blown my nose and have blood.Its only one side ,as other side of nose is clear.I have bad anxiety,and cannot function when things like this happen

I have had this the past 2 or 3 weeks and have put it down to having the heating on a lot more than normal and drying the nose out.

I had it last year as well and I got a nasal spray from the docs that cleared it up.
