Hi I’m very worried because I have a swollen lump in my left cheek. It is kind of under my cheekbone and very hard and extends up. Could this be a muscle? I do have jaw issues where I sometimes can’t open my jaw but this lump is located farther up than my jaw. I’m so scared it’s a tumor. Does anyone have experience with this?
