Long time sufferer of Health Anxiety and around 8 weeks ago I found a lump at back of my head. Convinced it’s something sinister :(. Have visited 3 doctors all
Of which say nothing to worry about but keep thinking that the first dr said it would go down within 6 weeks. It hasn’t, it’s still exactly the same. Dr arranged blood tests just for my peace of mind. All clear but due to it still being there I’m at my wits end - makes each day so hard trying to convince myself to believe he dr. I’m forever checking it which I know doesn’t help.
