Are these lumps at the back of my throats normal?!

Hey all.
I noticed this little lump at the back of my throats and wondered if anyone else had them? I had seen a previous post regarding to this but mine seem to have a slight yellow tinge and it's panicking me. I'm not sick at all. I have attached an image.

I have them, always have. No idea what they are, but have always presumed normal anatomy. Here is a link to another poster who asked the same thing (with picture)...

Ha ha , I just tried to take a picture to show you my 'presumed normal' yellowish lumps....and I failed miserably multiple times.....I'm not cut out for this close-up selfie of body parts thing. Anyway, I also have large indented white patches, always have had those too. :)
