Lightheaded Spells at Night

I have been getting spells where I feel dizzy and lightheaded - every night as I sit at the computer - I notice every night after I take my blood pressure med.

I have been taking the same blood pressure med for over a decade and never had this sensation.

Is this the med or something more sinister?
