can anxiety cause blood spots on skin??

it's so frustrating.. i have tiny blood spots all over my arms..
i don't think it's petechiae because it's on the surface and it really seems like blood drops?? it's definitely broken vessels.. but i don't know what could cause this!!! i really hope anxiety can because i'm really scared about leukemia and other things... does anyone have this???

I've had a few of these too on my arms. I wonder if anyone else has had the same?

I actually have so many tiny red spots all over my arms and legs. I have been to 3 different doctors and had them thoroughly looked at and they’re broke blood vessels. Thats all!
I have been assured they’re not dangerous at all, they are completely harmless!!

I’m very pale so they are so easily spotted on me.

If they were because of something else, you’d know about it.
You’re okay! SOO many people get spots like these. I think anxiety and stress can definitley contribute.
