I watch this programme with the tv remote in my hand in case of triggers but I did see something interesting on it yesterday. One of the docs said being able to Google symptoms can be useful but in his experience 9 out of 10 people diagnose themselves incorrectly. I'd like to bet that a large proportion of this 9/10 have HA

So many disorders, conditions and illnesses have shared/overlapping symptoms that even most GPs would struggle to "diagnose" without further tests or specialist opinion. The rational mind is further distorted by fear, so I think self-diagnosis can be very dangerous.
