Vein spasm throbbing - video attached

OK so I’ve been a little hung over today, and have not been doing much and all of a sudden my vein in my neck on the left side started spasming in throbbing very very fast. It lasted for probably about two minutes before it subsided, but it still freaking me out. I’ve attached a video for y’all to see, it looks like a shadow but it’s not!! Has anyone experienced this before?

I’ve actually had that happen many times. Always goes away so I just put it down to the random twitches I get sometimes :)
