Dark Cloud

Hi all,
I'm Tony 52 from Midlands.
Trying to come to terms, and sort out my "Dark Cloud" which changes my mood completely, and can last for hours or even day...sometimes longer.

If the "dark cloud" you mentioned is depression, I understand. I have times where dark clouds covering me in a bit of a fog, taking away my energy and my optimism. One suggestion I would make is find a creative outlet for your feelings. I myself write my feelings in a journal. Being completely honest with myself (good, bad, and ugly) really helps me sort out my feelings. Hope this might help antrim0703, best to you on your journey.
