I'm finally back online after moving house, its taken a while to get us connected but everything is good for now (apart from my car threatening to die on me).

Have started having reflexology to chill me out a bit, felt a bit funny after the first session but have been good ever since (well today isn't over yet but until yesterday have been fantastic :yesyes: )
