Swollen Lymph Node [Archive]

I have a swollen lymph node at the back of my neck which I noticed about 2 days ago. I've had the same thing before and been to the doctor which she told me this was due to bad acne. But I've of course been on Doctor Google which has been telling me I have cancer. I can't shake it that I have cancer... my lump didn't hurt at first now it is tender. I am very worried I have lymphoma.
Going to doctors on Friday... hopefully she tells me it is just another acne thing but I am still worried it is cancer.

Highly unlikely to be cancer to be honest. If you poke and prod it it will become sore so try and leave it alone.

Googling is banned on here as well

Thank you for replying nomorepanic. I really hope it isn't.. I'm only 19 and going travelling soon I really need to get on top of this.
