Pain top of stomach just under breast in the Centre

Suddenly got a really sore pain just under my breasts in the Centre. Obviously I’m panicking and it hurts if I press the area. I’m getting cold sweats worrying, what could it be?? Please help!!

You mean epigastric pain? I get this when my stomach is upset from anxiety or eating too much. It's kind of like really low heartburn.

Yes that’s exactly the area, but I’ve not had a pain like this before but only when I move and stand up, it’s not constant it’s almost a muscular type pain??
