Well this is just lovely. Started a new fear because of sudden onset of vertigo that I experience when changing positions. When I'm not getting episodes of it, I feel lightheaded and in a haze. I've had a very similar issue numerous times when looking up, and my doctor wasn't concerned because it went away within about a week.

Now, with this, it's triggered by any or all movements. It sometimes happens, and sometimes doesn't happen. But when it does, my world is spinning.

I also have had attention issues, random head twinges (usually at the side of my head where the cheek bone meets the skull, but oftentimes, a shooting pain that works itself in a vertical line across the top of my head), and trouble thinking clearly, but I'm not sure if this is from the medication I'm currently on (mirtazipine and clonazepam).

Any insight would be appreciated. I'm just so done with this anxiety. Thought pills would help a bit. They did initially, but now this very real physical symptom appears.
