Have kidney infection...

Hi, I went to urgent care yesterday because of bladder pain, back pain and fever. Turns out I have a kidney infection! I’m trying to keep my anxiety in check, but I still have back pain and have a temp of 99.2. I’ve only taking two pills so far. Is that enough time for them to work? Wondering if I should go back to doctor. Thanks!!

I think you need to give them at least 3 days to start working

I called doctor and they said it takes 24-48 hours. I’m still crazy anxious and thinking all of the negative anxious thoughts. Sigh.
