How long can a Brain tumor/cancer go undetected?

Hello everyone, I'm having some anxiety sorry for the typos!

So I'm 28 and ever since I was 15 I've been having health anxiety over a brain tumor/ brain cancer...I've gone to the doc...had an MRI (over 10 years ago) and was told I suffer from Migraines, fine, that settled me for a while.

Over the years it's continued...not better not worse...just there...Specifically on my Right side...Tingling, pain, numbness...on my scalp also.

Right now it's really intense.....to a Point where I've gotten dizzy 2 times already.....That's where I'm at now...everything feels intense, I'm scared...and I don't have health insurance for a while....as soon as I do I'm going to the Dr...

Did you bring it up when you went to Urgent Care a couple of weeks ago for that back/kidney pain? (how did that go?)

Suffice it to say, you wouldn't be here if you had cancer from the onset of symptoms.

Sounds just like migraines. I get the dizzy ones too. Also anxiety causes dizziness :)
