Head tension

Does anybody get a head tension with anxiety when they worth and just feel anxious when they are out like a tingling feeling?

Yep. happens to me from time to time.
My symptoms shift quite a lot but when I have head pressure / tension, it goes on for weeks.
It gets worse in crowded places like malls, large open areas etc..

Is it normal for this to last hours?

I feel I’m going mad and the head tension starts and the symptom just doesn’t shift usually with anxiety it goes in an hour max why does it last so long?

Maybe because you’re still focused on it? Can you try a form of relaxation?

I was going to ask about the headaches that I get when tense and am in a worry state.
It feels like my head is going to burst, however I have had them for so long that if it was serious it would have identify itself as serious by now, so yes it can be a symptom od anxiety, don,t worry about it if you can
