Heavy head, dizzy, swallowing, wobbly

Hey all ive been having quite the panic episode today. It started when i was eating and could barely swallow the bar i was eating. I panicked, then my head feels heavy, it shakes a little, my whole body is shaky, i feel dizzy, walk funny (legs feel hollow).

Ive been a teeth clencher for ages, im wondering if TMJ can cause this? Ive been a shaky, wobbly walker, and had swallow issues for ages too, but heavy head/neck like its moving and being dizzy is new to me. Anyone ever get this? Ive been in a panicked state all day. Feels so weird.

Yup another glorious symptom and yes teeth clenching can cause some of the symptoms I had a night guard made to wear when I'm anxious in bed to stop me clenching in my sleep which has helped a bit ...look into that
