After doing good with minimal worries for a short time does emetophobia have to kick in high gear?? I think I had beaten my fear but I was clearly wrong. Anyone else have these issues?

Yeah, I get really bad episodes too, it's a real pain :(

You are most definitely not alone, if that helps at all. I’ve been emetophobic since I was a young girl and I still struggle with it now.

It’s horrible. I’m curious. What do you do to make the sensations and fear go away?
