Trimethropim side effects

Hi all i am new to this site. I was just wondering if anyone has had any ill effects after taking trimethropim. I was prescribed it last thurs for 3 days for suspected UTI. Felt ok on first day, however by day 2 i had severe nausea, weird burning sensation in stomach, cant sleep and complete loss of appetite. My anxiety was also alot worse than normal. I finished the course on sunday morning, yet 2 days later i am still not feeling any better and im wondering if this antiobiotic has caused all this? UTI results from lab came back clear aswell!! I still have nausea and odd stomach aches, also my bowels are acting up abit today aswell. If theres anyone else who has had any ill effect from.this drug i would thankful to hear back. Thanks
