Chicken burger worries

I had a chicken burger from McDonald’s and part way through eating parts looked a little discoloured like browny/red-ish tinged Although the rest of the meat looked fully cooked. Is it just the colouring of the meat or should I worry?

That is nothing to worry about. Chicken naturally has this occur. It is the same thing that happens when you fully cook a full muscle chicken breast and see a streak of red due to trauma to the meat when it was killed.
