What do you do when no meds work?

Do i keep trying different ones? I am taking viibryd and it's horrible. I'm so irritable and cannot sleep. I feel angry for no good reason. My anxiety is very high and i have too much energy. Klonopin is the only thing that helps (and exercise of course). I've tried so many meds and i'm just done! so exhausting.:weep:

Would you consider ECT?

Why not have a break from meds just to see if things get more stable? For some people with anxiety these meds just make things worse.

Just a suggestion of course.
