Sore red lumps back of tongue (sides)

Hi everyone.

I'm having a bit of a panic episode over some red lumps in the corner of my tongue, right at the back. I've attached some pictures.

It always feels a little bit sore, and can feel it rubbing at times. It's been something I've felt for months, but could never see what it was until now.

Really worried it could be something like cancer?

Not going look at pics of your mouth cave as no one can tell you but just based on your description of feeling it "rub", wouldn't that be the most likely cause? :shrug:

Just a nasty ulcer by looks of it. Get some OTC treatment for it and see your dentist if it doesn't go, as it could well be due to "rubbing" in that area.
