Don't know what is wrong with me.

Lately, I have developed a condition like suppose I touch a sharp object , even though I know it didn't cut me I keep obsessing over it thinking what if it cut my hand and keep searching for wounds, today when I was washing my car I sat on the ground to pick up an object , a pole with a sharp end was near me , although I knew that it did not even touch me, I kept repeating the motion and kept searching for any cut marks, and obsessed over it for 2 hrs. Am I only one who faces these?
