Hi there I am a health anxiety sufferer .. I have had mild headaches and dizziness/brain fog for 4 weeks if not more . Mostly everyday .. the doctors say I don’t warrant a MRI scan and I’m fine but it doesn’t seem right .. I feel healthy maybe slightly fatigued . Had blood tests , check over , opticians all of that done. All said behind eyes are healthy no pressure .. but my headache feels like tension . I was wondering if anyone had suffered the same or can help me in any way it’s really putting a stop on my life .
Also they have put me on anti depression tablets which I couldn’t handle so came off today as they were making me so much worse . Could this really be anxiety for this long ? It’s not as if everyday I’m a worrie state . Thank you
