Anxiety levels too high for holiday

I’m due to fly and go on holiday in two weeks bad news is I hate flying but also my anxiety levels have been high due to moving house and moving again when I come back so my worry is how do I make this holiday right now I can’t go outside without feeling funny. :ohmy:

I actually leave for a trip on Wednesday and feel the exact same way. I woke up feeling sick this morning because I just can't imagine getting on that plane. I hate flying so much.

I know this isn't really helping you, but it feels so good to know I'm not the only one going through this right now.
