Help Stomach Pain

Over the last couple of hours , i have developed a strange pain in my stomach.
Its a burning stabbing pain, its worse if i touch the middle of my stomach.
I did have to bend to pick something up and think i may have pulled my stomach muscles , but I'm so scared ..
