Hi guys, had Health Anxiety for years, been good until this last few months, seems to of come back big time. I'm just wondering is there anywhere you can like self refer to speak to someone who deals with health anxiety?
I'm in the staffs/stoke on trent area.

I don't whether like where I live the place has group sessions once every two weeks. I keep hearing about iapt it did not work for me, as I narrowly miss out, I think the questionnaire was not good.

Hi muzicdejay yeah I can help I go to psg meetings via MH charity called Changes they have a unique recovery programme based on a proven 12 step programme they have been going for 2 decades and the programme will work with any MH condition the website is: www.changes.org.uk (http://www.changes.org.uk) pm me for further details ATB

No problem I don't whether Stoke/staffords has any group sessions like I attend, I am sure there are places where you can referred yourself without having to jump the gp hoops. I was unsure but my mum told me to try the group session I used to go to.
